A little about me ...
I was born and raised in Sydney and after living, working and travelling in Europe for several years I settled in Newcastle in 1992. I've had a varied career in Computer Operations, Workplace Training and Public Speaking and currently work as an Administrator at the Calvary Mater Hospital, Newcastle. I've studied Public Relations and was appointed by the Attorney General as a Justice of the Peace in 2004 and a Civil Celebrant in 2007. I' a 'social entrepreneur' and enjoy giving back to my community. I support local charities such as the Samaritans and Hunter Animal Rescue.
I’m a member of the AMC (Australian Marriage Celebrants Incorporated) who insist that their members maintain the highest professional and personal standards. I appreciate and am dedicated to maintaining these standards so you can be sure that on the day, your event will be of the highest quality.
It’s vital that you feel comfortable and confident with the celebrant you select for your ceremony. You may be able to go without a photographer, flowers or cars but you can't be without a celebrant, and you need the best! My experienced guidance ensures that each ceremony that I perform is the culmination of your ideas. The result? …a treasured memory of events such as Weddings, Elopements, Renewal of Vows, Commitment and Name Giving ceremonies.
